I've never had a massage before so I was a bit nervous going into it but the staff there know how to make you feel comfortable! They are kind, judgement free and understanding of your particular wants and needs. The massage itself was amazing, with calming ambiance and aromatic oils it's easy to drift off. I can be a bit sensitive so when asking for a less rough massage I was accommodated. Hi all, I have been popping into to See May, for over 6 years now ever since my right Shoulder, had a tear and my muscles and tendons needed some serious help. My back became out of alignment and my shoulders were still in pain from osteopathic work until I started having regular Monthly shoulder and back massages from May alone, within 6 months of work, I could rotate my right arm over my shoulders again properly without major pain, within a year the pain had gone completely. No more shoulder issues. My job involves heavy lifting so back ache is another issue many suffer with so daily and weekly. So once a month for over three years I have attended many monthly sessions to have myself fixed by May. The other ladies are very good but when you know someone who really gets to know your muscle memory so to speak you tend to stay steadfast with the Best Massage you can get and May is more than qualified and can and is at a Teacher training level. The laughter and friendly atmosphere is beautiful trait also, it helps you relax. All the ladies and gents who attend the Smui Thai massage can testify to the very High standards set by May to all Clients. A very relaxing atmosphere within the two buildings that are available, they very close together. I have only just come back recently to see May for a foot issue and stiff hips. Always good to have an extra stretch session while having a very deep Tissue muscle massage, so would I recommend Smui Thai massage in Daventry (Yes) (100%) You feel like you need to rest after a massage at the Smui Thai, because May and her team of ladies put you first because they really care about helping you get fixed and more mobile again. Having fallen off my bike recently, I began to experience lower back pain and I was having increasingly difficult in sleeping. Laying down flat was so painful in my back muscles. After putting up with the pain for a few days I decided to make a call into Smui Thai massage to explore what could be done for me. It was recommended for me to have an hour of Thai Sport Massage which was conducted by May, the owner. She was exceptional providing an amazing deep tissue massage, concentrating on the areas of pain. That night the pain had gone! I can't recommend it enough to see this great team.
